Job Board – Registration in 5 Steps

Step by step. Create a free profile and easily publish and manage your job postings.

Registration is available at: www.jpdb.de/register. By registering, you agree to our terms of use.

The following information is required for registration:

  • Name of the user
  • Email address
  • Password (at least 8 characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers)
  • Company name

After submitting your information, you will receive an email from us. Please confirm your registration by clicking the button in the email.

After successful registration, our staff will verify all the details and the company affiliation and will activate your login. You will receive an email confirmation for this.

You can now log in with your chosen password and email address and post your job offers for free.

If you have any issues or questions regarding registration or posting your jobs, feel free to contact the staff at our locations.

Job Management – Knowing How

Creating a Job Posting

Fill out the online form. The job posting will then be activated by our JOB POINT staff. Afterward, it will be visible on our website and on the bulletin boards at the three locations.

Editing a Job Posting

You can independently make changes to your job postings. You will need your login credentials for this. Once the changes are approved by us, they will appear on the website and be updated at the three locations.

Deactivating a Job Posting

If you have filled the position or want to take the job posting offline for other reasons, simply deactivate it using the “Status Check” button in your account. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via email or phone.

Reactivating Old Job Postings

If you want to repost an expired job posting, you can easily do this through your profile. In your profile, select the “Jobs” menu on the left side, and then choose the “ältere Stellen” mode in the table. In the row of the desired job, you will find the “Erneut veröffentlichen” button on the far right.

General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) – Dos and Don'ts

Only post job offers that are remunerated at least with the statutory minimum wage or the customary industry or regional tariff.

Always address all genders (m/f/d), especially in the headline.

Explicitly state that incoming applications will only be evaluated based on professional qualifications.

Do not request a job application photo! This implies a focus on visible characteristics such as gender, religion, origin, or age.

Beware of age discrimination! Avoid formulations like “A young team is looking for...”.

Formulations excluding individuals with disabilities are generally not permissible.
